Claims (Warranty Claims)
Please inspect your products immediately upon receipt of the shipment.
bootyshop.eu accepts no responsibility for items damaged in transit.
Later claims (unless they concern a manufacturing defect) will not be accepted.
The warranty covers manufacturing defects only.
How to submit a claim

Fill in the Claim Form — HERE

Send the claimed item by registered post to the returns address.

Enclose a copy of the proof of purchase (your invoice, which also serves as the warranty certificate) and the completed claim form with the item.
The warranty does not cover

Defects caused by normal wear‑and‑tear (e.g. peeling logos, material fatigue proportional to length and frequency of use).

Defects caused by improper use or mechanical damage.

Defects caused by improper storage.

Defects caused by incorrect care or cleaning.

Items for which the warranty period has expired on the day the claim is made.
Claim rules
Submit your claim without undue delay as soon as the defect appears. Continued use can worsen the defect and devalue the product, which may be grounds for rejecting the claim.
The statutory warranty period is 24 months. This is not to be confused with the product’s lifespan—the period during which, given correct use and care, the product can reasonably be expected to last. A change in the product that occurs during the warranty period owing to wear, improper use, insufficient or incorrect maintenance, natural changes in materials, damage by the user or a third party, or any other improper intervention is not considered a defect.
If, after receiving your order, you find that you received the wrong item or a faulty item, please contact us within 5 days at info@bootyshop.eu .
A claim is considered properly submitted only if the item is complete and conforms to general hygiene principles. The customer must present the item cleaned and hygienically safe. In Investments s.r.o., operator of the e‑shop www.bootyshop.eu, reserves the right to refuse items that do not meet these hygiene requirements.
Your claim will be processed in accordance with the law. We will deal with your claim as quickly as possible, within 30 days of its inception (i.e. the date we receive the item).
Parcels sent to our returns address with cash‑on‑delivery (COD) will not be accepted and will be returned to the sender.
