Return or Exchange of Goods
Don’t worry if the clothing doesn’t fit you!
You can return the goods within 30 days from receiving the shipment without giving a reason.
Return conditions:
The item must be in its original packaging with tags attached.
It must not be worn or washed.
It must be hygienically clean and only tried on.
Return procedure:
2.Send the product by registered mail together with the invoice or its copy to the address stated in the form (the address is also listed below on the page -> Return Address). ❗It is necessary to include an identification document in the package so that the shipment can be clearly assigned to the order.

4.You can also send the form by e-mail to info@bootyshop.eu – please include the tracking number of the shipment for faster processing
-You can also bring the goods personally to our showroom:

The return will be handled on the spot there.
-Important: Cash on delivery parcels will not be accepted and will be returned to the sender. Shipping costs are borne by the customer.
Exchange Conditions:
After receiving the package with the item for exchange, your request will be processed as quickly as possible. The new item will then be sent to you via the same carrier and to the address provided in the original order from which the exchange is made.
