Complaint / Warranty Claim

Please check the goods immediately upon receiving the shipment. The e-shop bootyshop.eu is not responsible for damage that occurs during transport. Late claims regarding transport damage will not be accepted. The warranty applies exclusively to manufacturing defects.

Procedure for filing a complaint:

  • Fill out the — HERE
  • and send the completed form to our e-mail: info@bootyshop.eu
  • Attach to the claimed goods the proof of purchase or a copy of the proof (invoice), which also serves as a warranty certificate, along with the completed complaint form.
  • Send the goods by registered mail together with the completed form and the invoice (or its copy) to the address provided in the form (the address is also listed below on the page → Return Address).
    Please include an identification document in the package so the shipment can be clearly assigned to the order.

The warranty does not cover:

  • Defects resulting from normal use – material wear and tear proportional to the duration and frequency of use (e.g., peeling of logos and similar)
  • Incorrect use – mechanical damage
  • Improper storage
  • Incorrect maintenance and cleaning

The warranty does not apply to goods whose warranty period has expired on the date of the complaint.

Rules for warranty claims:
A claim must be submitted without unnecessary delay as soon as a defect appears. Delays due to continued use of the product may worsen the defect and damage the goods, which may result in rejection of the claim.

The warranty period for the goods is 24 months and should not be confused with the product’s lifespan, i.e., the time during which the goods, if used and maintained properly according to their properties, purpose, and intensity of use, are expected to last. A defect does not include changes in the product that occur during the warranty period due to wear and tear, improper use, insufficient or improper maintenance, natural changes in the materials from which the product is made, damage caused by the user or a third party, or other improper interference.

A complaint is considered properly submitted if the claimed goods are complete and the complaint is not prevented by general hygiene rules. The customer is required to submit the claimed goods clean and hygienically safe. In Investments s.r.o., operating the e-shop www.bootyshop.eu, is entitled to refuse to accept goods for complaint handling if they do not meet the above general hygiene standards.

Your complaint will be handled in accordance with the law. We will process your complaint as quickly as possible, no later than 30 days from its submission, i.e., from the date the goods are received by our company.

❗ Important: Cash on delivery packages will not be accepted and will be returned to the sender. Costs associated with sending the package are the customer’s responsibility.
