Dress Care

To preserve the original look, comfort and performance of your Smooth dress for as long as possible, it needs special care. Follow these detailed guidelines to keep it in top condition.

Washing

Turn inside out: Always turn the dress inside out before washing to protect the fabric surface and extend its lifespan. This reduces friction against the drum and other garments.
Low temperature & spin: Wash at a maximum of 30 °C / 86 °F on a gentle cycle (ideally up to 800 rpm). Higher heat or faster spins can damage the elastic fibers, causing deformation and loss of stretch.
Detergent: Use mild detergents free of harsh chemicals, bleach and fabric softener, which can weaken the fibers, reduce elasticity and fade colours.
Colour care: Wash with similar colours to avoid unwanted dye transfer. Sort lights, darks and pastels separately to maintain colour intensity.

Ironing

Not required: The fabric is wrinkle‑resistant and does not need ironing. Direct contact with a hot iron can damage the elastic fibers and compromise stretch.

Drying

Avoid the dryer: Never tumble‑dry, as high heat can deform elastic fibers and alter the dress’s shape.
Air‑dry: Let the dress dry naturally, preferably hanging on a hanger. Keep it out of direct sunlight to prevent fading and fiber weakening; an airy, shaded spot is ideal.

Dry‑cleaning

Not recommended: Dry‑cleaning can disrupt the fabric structure, weaken elastic fibers and reduce softness and stretch.

Storage
